“I picked up my camera to take this photo because of the sparkling light reflecting off the water. I knew my camera could pick it up even better than the eye — and it did. I love the subject matter. The silhouettes of a group of friends swimming together and then in the bottom left the guy sunbathing, almost blending into the rocks. It captured the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere of this place in an isolated part of Australia. This photo doesn’t capture the full beauty of Hellfire Bay, but it definitely captures the magic. It is the most stunning beach I have ever visited.”
