Refund policy
You’re important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Flow is happy to consider a return and refund. Just contact theflowtrip@flow.life, and we’ll start the process.
To qualify for a return, items must be: (1) in new condition; and (2) returned within 30 days of original purchase. Return must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment.
Flow reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, and exchanges, for example, to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. Items that are opened or damaged may not qualify for a return.
